Join us for a special evening of dance at the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center. As part of the worldwide  Limón 70^th Anniversary celebration, the program features historical gems such as  Limón duets from “Choreographic Offering” and “There is a Time”. The show also includes a contemporary work that honors the tradition, the Miami premiere of work from Limon’s protégé Daniel Lewis. 

 Dance NOW! Miami honors the rich legacy of Modern Dance while forging new paths, ideas and innovative artistic expressions. This acclaimed cultural institution has a special connection to Columbia/Barnard Alumni in South Florida.  We are especially grateful to Allyn Ginns (Barnard  2009 ) Principal Dancer, and Artistic Director Hannah Baumgarten, the daughter of a Barnard alumna, for providing us with special access.
